Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to digital purchases made in the FUN FIX app.

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover only paid digital products in the app, especially:

General use of the app is governed by the Terms & Conditions. Information about personal-data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.

2. Who you buy from

3. How billing works

Purchases are processed through the platform used on your device, usually Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases, manage subscription access, and manage token balances inside the app.

The price, billing interval, currency, trial offer, and the benefits included in a purchase are the ones shown in the app and in the relevant store at the time of checkout.

4. Subscriptions

Supporter subscriptions are recurring digital products. Unless the relevant platform states otherwise, they renew automatically until you cancel them.

Subscriptions must be managed and cancelled through the same platform on which they were started. If you subscribed through Apple, manage the subscription through Apple. If you subscribed through Google Play, manage it through Google Play.

If a subscription is not shown in the app, you can try restoring it while the device is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.

Changes to price, duration, or included benefits may happen in the future. The offer shown in the app/store at checkout is the controlling offer for a new purchase or renewal.

5. Token packs

Token packs are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew and are not subscriptions.

Token packs are used for digital in-app features, such as AI-related actions or avatar-related actions, depending on the pack you buy. The exact token amount is shown at checkout.

Unlike subscriptions, token packs are generally not restored in the same way as store subscriptions. Availability of purchased tokens depends on the same FUN FIX account and the purchase data available to the app.

6. Digital feature access

Purchased subscriptions or token packs unlock digital features only within the current FUN FIX service.

Some features may require a combination of products. For example, certain avatar-related functions may require both an active supporter subscription and sufficient tokens.

Purchased products do not grant ownership in the app, its software, or any underlying intellectual property.

7. Refunds and store rules

Apple App Store and Google Play may apply their own billing, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment rules. Where platform rules apply, they continue to apply to your purchase.

FUN FIX does not promise any refund rights beyond the rules that apply through the platform used for the purchase and any mandatory law.

8. Changes and contact

FUN FIX may update these Terms of Purchase when the paid offering or purchase flow changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
